My weight loss goal

My goal is to lose 10 more pounds. I used to weigh 180 (how embarrassing) at 5'5
I can usually lose 5lbs. in 1 week. Lately its been hard to lose this last 10 muffin top pounds.
So, like andreaschoice i will do the 2 miles a day for 10 days starting tonite.
